Signal Hill Fence & Deck started in 2018 right here in Signal Hill. The founder had spent years working on outdoor builds across the Long Beach area and kept running into the same problem - homeowners who hired contractors that did not know the local permit process, did not understand hillside lots, and did not stick around when something went wrong.
Signal Hill is its own city with its own building codes and its own inspection process. The lots here are sloped, the sun is relentless, and a lot of the housing stock has HOA rules that catch contractors off guard. We built this company to serve homeowners who live here and expect a builder who knows the terrain - literally and figuratively.
